Most of our premium wicker furniture is made to order and typically ships within 4–6 weeks. During peak spring and summer months, lead times may extend slightly. Ordering early ensures faster delivery and priority production placement. Bedroom furniture and some other collections are stocked in our warehouse ready to ship. Why does made-to-order furniture take 4–6 weeks?

Can I change my fabric or finish after placing my order?

Changes may be possible within the first 24–48 hours before production begins. Because orders are custom, adjustments must be made quickly.

What happens after I place my order?

You’ll receive confirmation immediately. We then submit your order directly to the manufacturer and monitor production until shipment.

Will I receive order updates?

Yes. We provide updates as your order progresses and notify you when it ships. Order confirmations will be sent to your email after placing an order and tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships out.

What Happens If I Want To Order But Not Ready To Accept Delivery?

Plenty of our customers order in advance with later delivery dates when they can accept the furniture. We recommend that you place your order to make sure the items do not sell out and in the comments section of checkout to write in the timeframe that you wish for us to deliver the furniture or replacement cushions.
