Refund Policy-

policy.
Wicker Paradise takes pride in the quality of all the furniture items we sell. Our indoor collections and
wicker outdoor furniture items are constructed with the finest materials available. If you’re not satisfied with any item, call us at 1-800-8WICKER. If we’ve tried our best to rectify the problem and you’re still unsatisfied with your shopping experience, we will refund your money in full (less the shipping charges to your home). If freight is included in the price of an item, that freight charge will be deducted from your refund.
We will not, however, refund your money if an item does not fit, or if you overbought for your area. Please be sure to make thorough measurements in order to avoid any sizing problems. For items like
wicker chairs and sofas, there are no refunds for any reason on cushions. The cushions that come with your
wicker sofa or chair are made especially for you and cannot be returned. We will not allow any refunds after you’ve had an item for 10 days or more. It is your responsibility to keep the boxes the furniture arrived in or provide alternate boxes if you wish to return an item(s). Cancellations of orders after the fabric has been cut are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.
Damages- We use the utmost care in shipping your furniture, but
occasionally items do get damaged. We will replace at no cost to you the
damaged item. When receiving your shipment if a box is badly dented ask
the delivery person to wait while you examine the contents of the box,
if the item is damaged beyond minor touch up, refuse the item and we
will replace it at no cost to you. When in doubt call us at
1-800-8WICKER and we will advise you on what to do with any problems you
might have. We have earned a top service rating with Yahoo and we are
committed to your satisfaction. When you sign for the furniture be aware
that you are signing received in good condition except as noted. We can
not look for the trucker to make good for an item a day or two later.
You must call within 24 hours of receipt of any delivery to report any
damage, your failure to do so negates any claim you might have.
Wicker Paradise NEVER rents, sells or otherwise distributes any
information about our customers. This includes any personal data or
Email addresses. Any information provided to us is kept strictly
confidential.
